Status
Four things can be down. Three of them do not stop Nine Boxes working on your Mac.
There is no live monitoring on this page yet, and it does not pretend there is. When something goes wrong we post it here and email subscribers it affected. If something looks broken and there is nothing here, that is worth telling us about: chase@chaseyoursolutions.com.

If it is down: Nine Boxes keeps working on your Mac. You cannot download it or read the guide.
Signing in, starting a trial, and checking your plan.
If it is down: Nine Boxes keeps working. Pro stays on for 7 days on the licence it already has, then falls back to Free with a banner. Nothing is deleted.
Buying a subscription and managing billing.
If it is down: You cannot buy or change a plan. An existing subscription is unaffected.
The features that send a snippet off to be processed.
If it is down: Those actions fail with a message. Everything else in Nine Boxes is unaffected, because nothing else needs the network.
Why most of it keeps working
Nine Boxes stores your boxes and your history on your Mac, not on a server. Saving, pasting, searching and the HUD do not touch the network at all, so they are unaffected by anything on this page.
Your licence is cached for seven days, so a server outage does not switch anyone to Free while it is happening. If we are down for longer than that, the app falls back with an explanation rather than silently locking boxes.
