Questions people actually ask
Can I use it on two Macs?
Yes. One subscription covers every Mac you sign in on. Your boxes stay on each Mac unless you turn on syncing.
What happens when the trial ends?
Boxes 1 and 2 keep working. Boxes 3 through 9 become read-only, so you can still see and paste everything in them, you just can't save anything new there. Nothing gets deleted.
How do I cancel?
Open Nine Boxes, go to Preferences, then Account, then Manage billing. Or sign in on the Account page here. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. There is no exit survey and nothing to talk anyone out of.
What does the Accessibility permission actually do?
It lets Nine Boxes post a paste into whatever app you are using. That is the whole of it. It does not let Nine Boxes see your screen, read other apps' windows, or send anything anywhere. It is the same permission password managers use.
