Nine Boxes is free to try for 14 days, so you should know before you pay whether it works for you. If you paid and changed your mind, email chase@chaseyoursolutions.com within 14 days and we will refund you. No form, no questions.
After 14 days, you can cancel any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not prorate partial months.
If you are in the EU or the UK, you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase. Nothing above limits that.
How to ask. Email chase@chaseyoursolutions.com from the address you bought with. That is the whole process. There is no form, and we will not ask you why.
To cancel without a refund, so you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, use your account page or Preferences, then Account, then Manage billing, inside the app.
